In this recipe we recommend cold-pressed apple juice. What exactly is that again? There are two types of cold-pressed juice: screw presses (slow juice) or hydraulic presses (cold pressed). For the first variation, use a slow juicer in which the vegetables and fruit are slowly ground by a double screw press. This way many nutrients are released and a lot of juice comes out of the fruit. With hydraulic pressing (cold pressed) a large bag is used between two metal plates. The plates compress the vegetables and the fruit, causing the juice to seep out of the fruits. What do you need?
For 1 person:
120ml cold-pressed apple juice
120ml coconut water
2 teaspoons of Green Juice powder from Superfoodies
A dash of lime or lemon juice (optional)
1. Put the apple juice and coconut water together in a large glass
2. Add two teaspoons of Green Juice from Superfoodies.
3. Stir well
4. Squeeze some lime or lemon juice into the glass (optional)
Drink immediately or keep refrigerated for a maximum of 1 day.
